So NY Entertainment is listing the "best" Pixar movies in order. Unfortunately, they get the order all wrong.
Here's the right order:

6. Toy Story 2 (1999)
5. Ratatouille (2007)
4. Cars (2006)
3. The Incredibles (2004)
2. Monsters, Inc. (2001)
1. Finding Nemo (2003)
