Last month, Rev. Yearwood, a minister and peace activist, was in line to get into the Capitol to watch a hearing of Gen. Petraeus, when this happened. And, to boot, he was arrested for assualting one of the police officers who tackled him.
I had not seen this before. Charges against the Reverend were later dropped. He was detained again this week, until Rep. Maxine Waters forced the police to let him in.
According to some reports, police singled him out and refused to permit his entry. Other reports allege that he was originally detained for cutting in line. The video doesn't make the cause clear.
